Date: Mon, 1 May 2000 15:53:09 -0700 From: Stuart MacMillan <stuart@COBALTGROUP.COM> Subject: Re: Wanted: Water tank key Your only solutions are to drill out the lock and throw it away (free), remove the whole assembly from the side of the bus and take it into a locksmith to have a key made, (a bit of work and probably cost $10-$20), or buy a complete new set up and just use the lock from it ($50). -------- You can also fill the tank by removing the water tank lid, inside the bus, and hosing the water in from there. This is what I do, as I have no key, and from previous experience with filling the tank from outside, I think it takes about ten minutes less time. TJK -- |
