There are four points where twice a year I shoot a smidgen of white lithium grease. 1) Remove the wiper arms, and shoot some into the pivot with the wiper motor activated. Replace wipers, aligning with previous splines. 2) With the wiper motor OFF, using a 20" piece of .75mm ID plastic oil-pressure gauge hose to direct the spray, peer up under the dash, and lube the driver's side linkage. Start the wiper motor, then turn it off, allowing the linkage to come to rest in its fully changed position. Lube again. 3) Following instructions in #2, do the same on the passenger side by removing the glove box restraints so the box fully opens. 4) On the passenger side, you will also be able to see the wiper motor. Lube the spots in the linkage where rotational motion becomes locomotion. Happy motoring, G. Bulley: How does one " lube the wiper system"?? On the slipping problem, mine slipped too, so I took them off and cleaned them real well and then used some of the green (lightest hold!) lock-tite when I but the arm back on. So-far-so-good.
