Volks, I was happily enjoying the firt 80 degree temp in Rochester, watching the Lilac trees prepare for next week's big festival in the Flower City, when I noticed that my temp gauge had not moved off "cold". Then later after 20mins. of driving, it was only right over the warning light, but never got to normal level, which is a notch above the warning light. And then back down to cold level and then back up somewhere. All hoses, coolant level and electrical connections are good,(as far as I can tell). Where can I start to trace this wandering coolant gauge? Could it be the Voltage Stabilzer? Thanks for any hints or help in advance. What is it with Vanagons in Rochester, the two list members have temp gauge issues????
