Just to keep this in perspective, Hydrogen Peroxide is an oxidizer, i.e. it decomposes into oxygen and water. The 3% solution is meant to be applied to open wounds, among other things. It smarts a bit but not as much as alcohol. It attacks dead tissue and mostly leaves the live stuff alone. Certainly would smart if it got in your eye, but I doubt if there would be permanent damage.

6% is used for bleaching hair.

I don't know what the percentage is in oxygen-type laundry bleach.

30% will instantly turn skin bone white -- I believe it's the strongest solution that is stable at room temp. Probably the same strength that Walther used in his experimental U-boats to be able to run IC engines while submerged (but I don't know -- they certainly had stability problems with those boats). Serious stuff, not to be messed with.
