Hi Scott,

I picked up a set of stock 4" 40W Blaupunkt speakers from my local Fry's & retrofitted them to my '88 Wolfie. The two rear speakers (up on the A/C panel) dropped straight in. The door panels needed slight shaving of the circumference to get them to fit cleanly. No problems shutting the doors as the speakers have quite a low profile. These are as close to stock speakers as I could get for my van. They have a higher rating that the original Blaupunkt & are dual-cone. Note: my van has power windows - check your handles will clear the speakers (they should!).

Check out http://www.blaupunkt.de for more info.

Regards,

Pete C ('88 Wolfie)
