Your only solutions are to drill out the lock and throw it away (free), remove the whole assembly from the side of the bus and take it into a locksmith to have a key made, (a bit of work and probably cost $10-$20), or buy a complete new set up and just use the lock from it ($50). -------- You can also fill the tank by removing the water tank lid, inside the bus, and hosing the water in from there. This is what I do, as I have no key, and from previous experience with filling the tank from outside, I think it takes about ten minutes less time.
