Your translation seems quite correct. The meaning of the German word "Kabelsatz" surely is "wiring harness". But apart from that I really don't know what's involved. But then, for DEM 649.- you can expect quite a lot of copper :-)

The German word "Kabel" almost never translates to the English word "cable".
