Nicholas,

The best solution I have found for the mold problem I've encountered when I've left the Desert is two products made by Bioshield Technologies, Inc., in Atlanta, GA. The first is "Dura Last Mold Mildew Remover and All Purpose Cleaner," ("Three products in one: 1., Imparts Antibacterial properties, 2., All-Purpose Cleaner, 3., Mold and Mildew Remover," and "Dura Last Mold Mildew and Odor Protectant." ("Molecularly bonds to provide lasting protection, not destroyed by repeated cleanings, eliminates odors at the source, prevents deterioration caused by bacteria, prolongs life of fabrics and carpets, fast, easy and effective." THEY MAY PREVENT BALDNESS, OR RESTORE HAIR GROWTH, I HOPE.

The items came from RV stores and cost about $8 to $10 each. I've used them for the past four years with superb results. "For lasting protection for up to one year," says the label," use (the cleaner) with (the protect ant.") Both claim to impart "antibacterial properties," and each has left stain and bleach free clean surfaces, almost to original equipment standards in my Westy. Usual disclaimers apply.
