     I may be wrong on this one, but I seem to remember that PayPal
removes one of the best benefits of using a credit card in that you
cannot dispute charges to PayPal with your credit card company.

     I also have objections to the unnecessary spamming done by their
members because of their pyramid-scheme "affiliate program"
