Subject:      Repair of  Speedometer
Content-Type: multipart/alternative;

My original speedometer broke with about 70,000 miles on it. I bought a used replacement and installed it but it has nearly 140,000 mile on the odometer. Is there a place where I can have the original repaired? The problem seems to be that the place where the cable slips into the speedo should be square but has become rounded off thus allowing the cable to spin without turning the speedo drive. Thanks for your help.
