Hi,

This ad appeared in the Arizona Republic today.  I called and spoke with the
lady (Marla).  She said the AC doesn't work and there is a spot of repaired
seam rust at the back left corner.  Sounds like it's in good condition.  If
anyone needs me to look at it, let me know.
