All else being equal, I'd still say you're out of gas. Open the bleed valve to check -- you should certainly get vigorous gas flow, and probably a tiny squirt of liquid first which has sloshed into the bleed line.

If it is empty, you could put in a little and start looking for leaks. The regulator is where I'd look first.
