Ken, unhook the 2 main cooling hoses from the rigid pipes where they
join at the firewall. Run a garden hose in one rigid pipe end and make
sure water flows freely out of the other. Wrap a rag around the nozzle
to help seal it. This will show whether the radiator has good flow. Then
switch to the other pipe and this will flush the radiator in the other
direction.
