Vinnie runs Amsoil synthetic in his transaxle. This was after running with dino oil for a brief break in period. Supposedly that methodology helps protect the synchros better during break in than running synthetic from inital service. Anyhow, no prolems tith service or use so far. When I asked when I had to change it again, Ed said, "100k miles!" Cheers, Dave C.
