Know that in the last 'coupla years Michelin bought UniRoyal and is making junk tires in the US with the Michelin name on them. Have a client who put a set on his Volvo and within three years and 20,000 miles the sidewalls were deeply cracking. Found out about the bait and switch then. Buy only Michelins with the French country code molded in the tire. Those are the ones the ledgendary reputation is built upon. They are not the same rubber as the US wannabees that they charge the same prices for, yeah.
