When an opportunity to purchase something like this comes along, it would be
good to purchase it as a club, or group. As a lay person interested in
law, I believe that is legal. If, however, several individuals get together
to "rig a bid", that is collusion, which you'd better not get caught doing
at a federal bankruptcy auction!
Seems this sort of thing would be a good investment of list assets, so long
as we are not intending to violate copyright laws. Oh dear, another can o'
worms!
