Ken,

You might remember I emailed you a few months ago when my Carat
developed the same problem (cold radiator, hot engine).  In my case the
radiator had started to leak, and best as we diagnosed I was generating
an air blockage there.  I know you don't want to do this, but maybe it's
time to R&R the radiator?
