I installed the removable cling-type tinting, in the dark 'limosine' . Laying it directly onto the window produces little airbubbles, visible from both sides. So I still needed to spray the window with water and use a squeegie to apply it properly. The material in the removiable tinting is many times thicker and more difficult to work with. For all the work I went through, I would have preferred to use the permanent stuff...Either way it looks great and substantially cools the interior of the van, but I would recommend the thin, more permanent tinting Good Luck, Gina 85 Vanagon GL ''Gretta'' 122,349 miles
