Is reformulated gas a Washington State thing too? Sometime last late summer/early fall, I began noticing a drop in mpg from about 20-21 down to 18-19.

One item that could be added to your list is the reformulated gasoline forced upon us in California and some other states. My former average of 18.5 to 20.5 mpg has dropped on average 1 to 1½ mpg since the change.
