I sell new complete power window regulators with new Bosch motors for $120 per side. However your problem could be the switch ($35 from me) or you could have broken wires in the rubber boot that goes from the driver's side door to the body. Sometimes the wires get pinched in the door and this causes all kinds of wierd power window activity. The only way to check it is to cut the boot open and check the wires (you can test for continuity but sometimes they can have continuity because most of the strands are broken except for one or two, yet there isn't enough wire left to carry the current to the motor). BTDT. Hope this helps you.
