A great idea, but it was voted #2 under the premise that it would be used as a more generic "vanagon.com" sticker. (I love the idea since I am a Syncro owner, but I realize that I am in the minority on the list)

I would suggest that if a group of Syncro owners wants to "license" the design from the artist, and use it for Syncro.org identification, it should be pursued, but treated as a separate issue . Anyone want to take that and run with it?

I very much like that sticker too. Since it looks kind of off-road-isch we could use it to promote the syncro list and syncro.org. How about it?

Uh, that would be Debi Tippets you are referring to, aka MtnGal. She designed the #2 winning sticker, which is more of a "bumper sticker" format. The idea is that we may produce it as a "fun" sticker to be used anywhere you please (i.e. teenagers' bedroom doors, the curb in front of your house, your Vanagon's bumper, etc.). During the actual voting for the stickers, it came in a VERY close second. See http://www.bravenet.com/vote/stats.php?usernum=160062889 for the actual voting statistics. See http://www.321website.com/members/home/data/sticker/homepage.html for the sticker voting site (which has pix of the stickers) No, sorry Bulley, its too late to vote. :-) Brent Christensen '89 GL Syncro Westy Santa Barbara, CA
