I think the place is called something like Liberty Marina and RV park. The closest name that sounded familiar I could find in the (aol) phone book was called Liberty Harbor Marina in Jersey City. (201) 451-4230. If this is the place I just saw it in Woodall's Campground guide. I don't have the Woodall's in front of me it's still in the book store. From what I recall it's near the NJ Turnpike and also near the Lincoln or Holland Tunnel.

Sorry this is vague. It's too late here to call and confirm.
