I make oil pressure on the engine stand with every engine I build and I
can tell you that there are times when I can get the oil to flow threw
the system but cant make pressure! removing the filter and cranking
helps
I have also pulled up to the toll both and discovered the lifters
rattling it turns out the oil level was low
