You have to remove the external bolt, lift the arm off the drive shaft, then put it back down where you want it and replace the bolt. There is no internal adjustment. However, it is very likely that the splines in the socket of the arm have stripped. See archives for the last two weeks or so for extensive discussion of this whole subject.
