Subject: Re: Damaged fiberglass rear bumper... can it be repaired?
Content-Type: text/plain

I had mine repaired by Denver Bumper for $200. This included repairing both endcaps as well. The bumper was totaled in IMHO. It was broken on both corners with 3 major cracks in the main section. The mounts for both endcaps were completely broken off. One endcap was severely cracked and the other was broken in 2 pieces. When took it in for an estimate the guy said I don't think we will be able to fix it, but we'll give it a shot. I told them to stop work at $200. He called me 3 days later and said 'your bumper is ready'. Man was I impressed! They did an excellent job. It looks like am brand new bumper and I had no problems bolting it back on the van.
