Not unless your engine came with them. Use standard Bosch Supers if they
are original equipment for long life and good economy. When the Platinums
came out, Mercedes tested them throughoughly and advised their data showed
a barely perceptable improvement with the Platinums and continued to advise
Supers as most appropriate. Lots more cost, little if any extra ummph or
life, not ecomomically sound.
