Tony, just lock the flywheel through the hole in the case with a screwdriver (phillips head) and then get a nice allen tool that will fit on your breaker bar (you can use a ratchet but it will put a strain on things). You may have to use a short piece of pipe over the handle as these puppies are on tight.

After the flywheel is off and you have had it machined, I would check a few things before putting it back on. One would be the pilot bearing since this is really easy to get to without the flywheel in the way. If it looks at all bad pull it out and put a new one in (should be in your clutch kit). Second check out your rear oil seal to see if it might need replacing (cheap insurance for later and it only takes a few minutes to replace this). Finally clean up where the flywheel mates to the oil seal. Sometimes there is a small ridge forming here that could destroy the seal later on. Clean it up with some sand paper or scotchbrite. Re-install and retorque.
