136K miles on the original 4-speed, which is still going strong (knock wood).

The original engine made it to about 115K miles before starting to leak (but I had it rebuilt before anything catastrophic happened)...

Believe it or not, this '84 (I'm the 2nd owner) has been quite dependable; have taken it from Cincinnati to NYC several times in the dead of winter without problems (except for the front heater-fan switch self-destructing--THAT was a cold trip!!!!), as well as numerous trips from Cincinnati to South Carolina. Hasn't failed me yet, and is always fun to drive <but of course!><g>

And, apropos of other recurring threads, my ignition key also fits the gas cap.

Tires: I'm using "Akuret" 205/60-14 tires, which were a store special maybe 3 years ago. They were bargains at about $60/tire: great handling, quiet, very resistant to hydroplaning.

Cheers, Walt

Too many Euro-vehicles and not nearly enough time..... :)
