I chjecked the terms of service and they expressly provide that for the time being, there is no limit on the number of referral fees someone can earn so long as they are obtained in conformity with their anti-spam policy...there must be an existing relationship...not just from spam to unknown people. Since we all belong to the list and have a relationship as list members, and routinely conduct list purchases together, it would seem we qualify. Any e-mail through the list is not unsolicited. We belong to the list TO GET the email.

Anyway, it was just a thought...a neat/fun/free way to award a nice chunck of change to a few list members. If we were to do it, one person would have to select the recepients of the award(s) by drawing names or such...a trusted list member other than me. But since only a few people responded, it seems the idea does not have enough interest, so I'm going to just let it go. Steve
