Greetings to all and singular:

Everyone is hereby ordered to stay off Der Doktor's case. Like Bob Alexander, and a few well selected others ordained by myself as list heroes, the man rules!

I'm afraid I have anticipated non-compliance with my order, so I have resorted to drastic measures as a preemptive strike. I just returned from my local Saturday small claims court with a junction. For all you lay people, that means a the same thing as what is sometimes called in the south a "Coat Odor." I'm talking, big time. So its law now plain and simple. You can pull the text of the junction order off a website that David Beierl can find for you. But first there is a little matter of a royalty fee to your humble servant here, good old Horace. That would be .25 US cents. You can pay with "Bill me, Pal." I get all the proceeds, not Jerry.

Besides, even though I'm in northernmost Georgia, I still would not hesitate to take my van to Doktor Tim for any major or minor service. Oil change, ECU makeover job, repaint, stripping the gears, you name it. Distance is not a problem for a man like me. I personally own a C-130 transport. With a few modifications, my low rider convertibull topless Westy fits right in it. I just truck it (ha ha, I mean fly it) over to the Puget Sound area and hook up with the Doc. Few trips to Pep Boys or wherever there is a parts store, few cool ones, and we are back in business. Doc, please don't drink when working on my van, though.

So no more blasting of my mechanic, if you please. And don't violate that junction ordrer or you'll be sorry!

HK _______ BTW, I'm in a different part of the world than where I normally while away the hours, (flew out here looking for old VW junkyards) and its still Friday here. At least, they say it is. So this post must be okay. If this post is alleged to be a violation of the list rules because of a lapse of time from Friday, then I hereby exercise my election to deem this post as my post number one for next Friday. Thank you. : )
