With my diesel, I'd *love* to have 6 forward gears, especially if they could be closer in ratio to each other, and if the lower end could be (even) lower. Maybe a bit taller on the top gear would be OK too, but I'm such a slow poke it wouldn't be that big a deal. I'd love to learn more about this thing. You gonna rebuild it or replace it? Thinking about picking something like that up and putting it in my bus just makes me twitch... T.
