Subject: Conversation in a Wal Mart parking lot...
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

I went to Wal Mart tonight to stock up for this weekend's campout and show in Michigan. On the way back to my van a guy in an Audi 5000 came up and told be about an accident his wife just recently had in their Vanagon. She was hit head on by a drunk driver in an Oldsmobile Cutlas Sierra, the driver of the Oldsmobile died, his wife survived, her knee was injured, she will be in the hospital for a few weeks, but she is doing well. The wreck was severe enough to pop the windshield out of the Vanagon, he was impressed with how well it held up, very glad too I'm sure.

Just thought I'd pass this on, on a side note I couldn't help but notice the way he was looking at my Vanagon, he seemed to already miss his. Anyway, if you want info on this weekend show it's at the VW headquarters in Auburn Hills, celebrating 50 years of the Bus, info at < http://www.vvwca.org/mvvc/ >
