Just passing along an add I came accros in the local weekly rag. >>1986 Volkwagen camper, Westfalia, like new in and out, air, stereo, Wolfsburg Edition, chocolate brown, $12.500 (CND), 613-264-0242 << I phoned the owner last evening to get more details. He's west of Ottawa, near me and not too far away so I could go have a look if someone's seriously interested. He gave me some additional information also. This is an American model with speedo in MPH, poptop, no fridge or sink cabinet, extra seats in place, 170,000 miles, paint good, some small signs of seam rust, originally bought in western US, Crown rust proofed, new rad last year, exhaust system good, no water leaks, not used much in past few years, not winter driven, garaged. He's selling due to the fact they do not use it much. Wife want to keep it (now there's a switch) and he wants to sell. Now you know all that I know ! Could be a bargain for a US buyer. Exchange rate these days is around 45% in YOUR favour !
