Thank you for posting the link. I have the link to winimage on my page
as well.

People who are running NT, ( h2oboxer is running nt ), really need to
reread my page again. I posted what you needed to do when I made the
page.

I'll quote my page:

That is why you are getting the hardlock missing error.
