Jeff, The addresses you're using are correct. (Sales@busdepot.com for general questions and orders; busdepot@email.com for issues that require my personal intervention.) But you only emailed me yesterday! We're closed Sundays (and Saturdays). I am not at the shop over the weekend and therefore cannot check on the status of your order. I can check today, and then email you at the end of the day or tomorrow. (I generally don't have time to get on the internet and read/answer email during the daytime hours while at work.) Or you can give us a call during our business hours (11-7 e.d.t.) if you'd like an immediate answer.
