They make a decent product. However even amsoil doesn't recommened the 25,000 mile intervals without using a oil bypass filter, and testing the oil.

If you talk to the their tech lines, they will recommend 1 yr or 10,000 to 12,000 mile changes with better filtering and/or testing the oil.

Also that only applies to the series 2000, or 3000 top of the line oils. The regular line is about the same quality as Mobil 1 ( they buy the base oils from them ). The XL product ( the cheapest line ) is on par with lesser synthetics like castrol syntec and the other noname brands at walmart...

Bottom line is they make decent quality products. I've used them, seen oil analysis results etc, and in comparison to other stuff on the market, they do what they claim it does...just make sure you read the fine print well.
