Remove the handle and then the cylinder. The "pins" must be kept in the correct order they come out from the cylinder or else your key will not work. Be careful on this point.....I have learned. The cylinder and the "hole" on the handle need a good de-greasing and cleaning. You don't need much for lube. If you can just some graphite powder works great. Oils, grease and lubes just collect dirt and stuff with time. This results in the gumming up of the whole cylinder assembly. Be careful about the "pins" and the VERY small springs that each one will have. Cheers, Keith
