This is a real Fridge/Freezer. Supposed to have a real quite motor.

Here is the text of the Automobile Magazine review from the latest issue.

"ARB, a company known for locking differentials and other 4wd equipment, prides itself on getting hardcore off-roaders anywhere they want to go. For those who want lunch once they get there, ARB also sells its new portable Freezer/Fridge. We plugged it into a VW Golf's 12-volt outlet, turned the temperature setting to freeze, and left 7 pints of Ben & Jerry's in its care. The whisper-quiet compressor was unobtrusive, and after 24 hours, the ice cream was still frozen---but the car's battery was dead. Then we plugged the Freezer/Fridge into a household outlet and laid it on its side for 4 hours. The unit's swing motor, which enables it to operate at extreme angles, ran almost constantly, and our pints of Chunky Monkey remained firm long enough to give the magazine staff a late-afternoon ice cream break. Unfortunately, the 41-qt version of ARB's Freezer/Fridge, shown, costs $935. Then again, there aren't too many Dairy Queens in the Outback. Call 206.264.1669."

I am really psyched to get this, but need to measure my Westy (in the shop) and confirm the fit before I order.

Ty
