As of now I've run it on Win95, Win98, WinNT 4.0 and Win 2K works great on all platforms to get the hardware lock message to disappear just follow these steps: (snipped from Dominique's homepage) On NT machines, you must install it, then go to the cd and into the 'EPC_PROG.W95' directory, and copy

LEXHDL5.DLL

LEXHDLL5.DLL

to your ' epc_prog' directory that is installed on your computer.

This worked fine on my computers.
