People who see this error message are people who are running NT. The reason they see this is because the cd installs uncracked versions of the libraries needed. Thats why you must manually copy the win95 versions ( which are cracked ) off the cd or directory you were installing from.

This is the reason for the instruction below, quoted from my page.

Its all copyrighted material, so VW could put a stop to this really fast. I'm hoping they are just turning a blind eye to it all, since I would assume they know that cracked versions of their cd are out among VW car enthuisiasts. I think what would actually piss them off is if somebody sold the cd, or gave it to a dealer who could then use it to get around the subscription fee they pay each month to accesss new versions of the cd.
