After examining the entrails of this message using SpamCop.net, I've found the follwoing:

The spammer is a uunet customer in Providence, RI.

The email account aamk@crosswinds.net is reported to be already disabled. Take that info with a grain of salt.

Complaints should go to: shlomiz@inter.net.il the abuse contact for newmail.net abuse@uu.net the spammer's dialup service and outgoing email abuse@usa.net for the "remove" address
