I'm sure their are others in the same position as you. People who do not have CD writers of their own.

I just want to make some suggestions.

1. Try your local computer shop. A lot of these stores will burn cd's if provided with an .ISO image. This is an industry standard file format. What you would need to do is to download the file. Then take your hard drive out of the computer...for people who work on cars like us, this really isn't so hard - really :-) Bring the hard drive to the store and they will just connect it to a spare IDE or scsi port on the machine and burn the file to a cd.

2. At least three people have sucessfully downloaded the file and installed it by using winimage to extract all the files out the .iso file, into a temporary directory. In the same way you unzip files and install them from a temp directory, you would launch the install program from this temporary directory. Choose the full cd install, not the cd install. The three people who have tried this say they have been successful.

Just two other options for you.
