There is a great difference in the quality of power output by the various inverters on the market... and some computers are more particular about their power source than others.... You would think that 110 v is all the same... but it's not... some inverters put out square sine waves... others modified/simulated sine waves.... others still true sine waves.... and it does make a difference to some computers.
