Todd,

Consider searching the archives...I know we discussed this earlier this year.

In short:

* It's heavy, esp. if there's still fluid in it. Use jacks and jack stands to lower.

* The fins are sharp. Wear thick leather gloves.

* You have to remove the spare tire and carrier. No big deal though.

* Make sure you disconnect all electronics (i.e. fan temp switch) so you don't shear them off.

* If you have A/C, disconnecting the condensor from the lines will blow the coolant out of your system.

* The A/C condensor cannot be easily removed without dropping the rad. The assembly needs to come down and then the condensor swings out and away from the rad.

* Check the heater core while it's out and anything else you normally wouldn't be able to reach.

* When reinstalling, be sure to line the pegs up at the top. Having a helper guide them in while you jack it up helps tremendously.

Can't think of anything else right now.

-Karl
