I used Paypal to make a purchase from an individual just yesterday. Amazing that such a thing is free, but it's GREAT. Makes buying things from individuals "online" (i.e. Ebay, mailing lists, etc.) SOO much easier, faster and makes sure you get your money. :) There's still the trust factor of course (you have to trust that the person will send you the merchandise), but it's better than nuthin'.

Go to the website and sign up with an account. I did it in like 4 minutes AND made my payment to the individual who I am buying merchandise from.

Thanks,

-Michael
