Subject: 85 Clutch slipping
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

Two times in recent history our clutch has started slipping. The unusual part is that it only happens when the van is hot in stop and go traffic, the clutch pedal gets hard and engages at the very top of its travel. The other 95% of the time things are great, not a sign of problems.

If this was a cylinder problem would I not have the opposite problem?

Any info would be appreciated! Richard Lynch
