Subject:      Adhesive removal on cabinets

Listees-
    Has anyone found an easy way to remove the advesive that holds down the
vinyl on the side panels/overhead cabinet??  3m does not cut it.  I have
sanded it off, but that takes forever.

I am putting birch door panels in, and to make the interior match i am
having to remove the vinyl in a few spots, sand to the wood, and stain.  Any
help on a quicker route would be appreciated.
