Since this is an 89 I thought maybe that the original heated mirrors were bigger or something?? Also the screw holes are only about 2.5 to 3 inches apart in a perfect square. >>

ALL power mirrors are heated on vanagons. those other 4 holes are courtesy of the PO mounting some aftermarket thingamabob on your door. chris
