my '80 westy takes some warming up when starting, and i noticed that the battery light stays lit until i rev the engine. faulty connection? battery problem? but the odd thing is - the van idles better if i don't rev it. is there a problem? i'm confused. also - can any later model westy owners clue me in on just how bad the no-heat situation is going to be in my van this winter? and what i can do to make it better? (i've only owned the van for a week ... still learning.) and one more thing- could anyone recommend a good vw mechanic/specialist in the philadelphia area?

thanks sara '80 westy 'general tso' ________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com
