OK, _my_ Dell Inspiron 3200 has worked fine with 2 different cheap inverters. Those same cheap inverters have powered _my_ cell phone slow charger, _my_ Fuji MX-2700 charger, and a host of other "sensitive" electronics with no problem.

Your mileage may vary. Don't try this at home, kids. Batteries not included. Void where prohibited by law.
